Precision Metal Fabrications

We at Tech Fab are able to provide precision metal fabrications from the smallest single parts to large complex assemblies. Our expert craftsmen are ready to tackle any metal fabrication project from raw stock to finished plated or painted assemblies. We provide enclosures to various customers per their requirement.

Turret Presses

Tech Fab's turret presses can handle any type of CNC punching job. We can fabricate custom parts with minimum tooling charges and we have the ability to make design modifications easily. Computerized controls help us achieve faster, more cost-effective production runs. Our autoloader enables us to run lights out at night to help with demand and quick turnaround.

Press Brakes

Tech Fab has CNC press brakes capable of forming multiple bends in one handling. This reduces cost and increases quality.

Robotic Welding

Our robotic welding system delivers precision welding at tolerances that cannot be achieved by hand. Tech Fab's CNC robotic welder produces consistent results that will meet any job specification.

MIG, ARC, TIG and Spot Welding

In addition to robotic welding capability, Tech Fab has the expertise to handle conventional welding jobs, including aluminum spot welding.

Lasers

Our 3 CNC Lasers provide us with the capacity to cut large quantities or today's sort run orders with ease. They also minimize tooling cost for special shapes and provide an effective method for putting holes and shapes into steel or aluminum tubing.

Machining

Tech Fab new VM-2 vertical mold making CNC Mill opens up our machining capability to our customers projects. This enables Tech Fab to be the one stop provider for projects that require some of the parts to be machined. We also have multiple Bridgeport's and Lathes to assist in any machining projects.

Shear

Our Amada shear lets us cut raw stock with complete precision.

Cutting

Our various metal cutting saws give us the capability to cut all forms of tubing, bar stock, or angle iron, with complete precision.

Stamping

Our Komatsu 66 ton OBS press provides stamping capability.

Pem Insertion

The 2 Haeger and 1 Di-Acro fastener insertion machines allow us to install all forms of fasteners in a variety of complex parts and enclosures.

Finishing

Tech Fab works with highly qualified and reliable suppliers to offer complete finishing services, including painting, plating and silk screening.
